Urban Struggle

Urban Struggle is a rare film made in 1981 that documents the punk scene at the Cuckoos Nest. The film is in black and white and shows early slam dancing. The film is not available on home video format. Urban Struggle movie features performances by TSOL, Circle Jerks, and Black Flag (band). It tells the story of Pat Brown and how he tried to run the cops into the ground at the Cuckoos Nest. The incident became notorious after the The Vandals made a song about it. Portions of the film were used in American Hardcore (film). Urban Struggle is a piece of punk rock history.
