[edit] Earth Solar Orbit cycle discoveries

The March 2007 Analog refers to Le Verrier's discovery of the 41,000 year cycle for variation in the earth's tilt from 22.2 to 24.5 degrees. And his discovery of the 100,000 year cycle in the earth's orbital eccentricity. They are linked in the article to the ice age cycle based on Ruddiman's hypothesis that these variations along with a third cycle 26,000 year cycle discovered by a country man, d' Alembert. I don't know of an online source, I'm referring to real paper and print. Mulp 07:21, 26 July 2007 (UTC)
