UPTV, or Urbana Public Television, is a public television channel in located in Urbana, IL, in the United States. The station provides educational programing from NASA, the First Amendment Center, the National Association for Music Education, Minnesota Chamber Music, and the Annenberg Channel. UPTV produces live broadcasts of the meetings of the Urbana City Council, Community Development Commission, Historic Preservation Commission, Plan Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, and the Human Relations Commission. The station is a Public, Education and Government Access Channel supported by the City of Urbana, and is aired on Channel 6 locally.

On Tuesday, July 31st 2007 at 11:30 pm, despite a deluge of criticism and complaints, UPTV aired "Hate Laws", a video from anti-semitic pastor Ted Pike. The program alleges a vast Jewish conspiracy, spear-headed by the ADL, to undermine the United States and spy on the American public. As of this writing, the management of UPTV has refused to address the controversy.
