This is an image of the Uptown Catholic Parish that was planned to be built in Dubuque, Iowa during the 1840's. Even though a cornerstone was laid, work never proceeded past the foundation of the church. This image was from the J.L. Jennings map of Dubuque found in the book Dubuque On The Mississippi.
