The United Parcel Service brand mark should, according to the Trademark Laws in the United States of America and the United Parcel Services guidelines, always be displayed with the TM on the lower right side of the brand mark. In addition, a disclaimer in the following form is required:
"UPS, the UPS brand mark, and the color brown are trademarks of United Parcel Service of America, Inc. All rights reserved."
