Uponor is a pan-European manufacturer of heating and plumbing systems. Based in Finland and traded on the Helsinki Stock Exchange with ticker symbol UNR1V. Brands in the group include Wirsbo, Velta, Polytherm, Unipipe and Ecoflex and several others. In 2005 it began rebranding many of them them under the Uponor name.[2]
The company has approximately 4,260 employees as of 2006.
Uponor manufactures pipe of the PEX material amongst many other items.
