Hello. I think this picture was taken from my photo gallery at the following URL: http://www.pbase.com/japayukid/image/44903870. Being an alumnus of UPLB, I am glad that my picture was selected to be posted in this site.
I do not see any problem in granting permission to use the said file if only the one who posted it asked permission first before using it. Kindly acknowledge or give credit to the owner of pictures or files being posted.
