Vice-chancellor of this university ois the chief officer of the university = US university president. Concsensus at AfD has been 100% that such people are always notable. There sedems to reaasonable basis for the proposed deletion. DGG (talk) 23:19, 7 November 2007 (UTC)

He seems a notable scholar to me, based on multiple publications including single-author publications from very reputable presses. --lquilter 15:50, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
