Upendrokishore Ray (1863-1915), also known as Upendrokishore Raychowdhury (উপেন্দ্রকিশোর রায়চৌধুরী Upendrokishor Raechoudhuri) was a famous Bengali writer, painter, violin player and composer.

According to Bangladesh copyright act of 2000, all photographs enter the public domain after sixty years counted from the beginning of the following calendar year after they were first published (ie. as of 2007, prior to 1 January, 1947).

This image may not be in the public domain in these countries, which moreover do not implement the rule of the shorter term. Côte d'Ivoire has a general copyright term of 99 years and Honduras has 75 years, but they do implement that rule of the shorter term.
