[edit] T.A.A. reference reinstated.

Earlier in this page's history, a reference to the use of the song in advertising by T.A.A. (Trans Australia Airlines) was wrongly removed and replaced with Trans World Airlines. I cannot comment on whether T.W.A. used the song (a quick Google search seems to show that they did); but I can state from personal knowledge (as an Australian) that T.A.A. did, and so I have reinserted the reference, while leaving the mention of T.W.A. in also.

[edit] Sesame Street

This song was part of a scene in the Sesame Street, "sung" by the puppets in 1972. I don't have any more information, yet except this one http://members.tripod.com/Tiny_dancer/ssalbums.html But maybe this could be added to the cultural references.
