Unpredictable event

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

An Unpredictable Event is an event in which the predictability cannot be measured. An unpredictable event is usually an unfavorable event, because people tend not to plan an unfavorable event. Its result, most likely, affects many lives.

Examples of unpredictable events are: natural disaster, accident, 1997 Asian Financial Crisis, 911 Terrorist attack, etc.

Some insurance companies include "unpredictable event" in its responsibility of protection towards its customers.[citation needed]
