In order to preserve the Destiny of each us and our Children, it is often necessary to dissolve the vines of political, emotional, religious and other bonds which have connected us to others*.
To find and create the correct bonds of Destiny between each of us and our world, we must assume the ultimate goal to which the laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle each one of Us, and each of our Children.
We hold the ultimate goal to be self-evident: That all men are created equal, and endowed by our creator with the right to fulfill our Destiny. In this Destiny is Internal Peace, World Peace, and a Future for ourselves, our children and our loved ones until the moment of our death.
To secure this Destiny, Governments, Religions and other Systems are created among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any form of System becomes destructive of our Destiny, it is the Right of People to alter or to abolish it, and to create a new System on principles and powers that seem most likely to affect a meaningful Destiny for ourselves and our loved ones.
Wisdom requires that long-established Systems should not be changed for light and transient causes; all experience has shown that mankind is better off with evils that are sufferable, than try right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.
Yet when a long train of System, 'Leader', 'Partner' and 'Friend' abuses occurs, invariably claiming to help you in some way, the stream of abuses demonstrates a clever design to reduce the follower to their absolute control. Therefore it is our right and our duty to throw off such Systems and Leaders, and even 'Partners', and to provide new Guards for our future security. —Such has been the patient sufferance of each person in the world; and such is now the necessity which binds each of us to alter the Systems, Leaders and Partners which affect our lives.
The history of our current world is a history of repeated injuries and abuses, all having the direct object of establishing an absolute Tyranny over your mind. To prove this, let these Facts be submitted to a candid world:
We are now in the middle of a mass extinction of species, with no progress in Reversing the pace of destruction. There is also little internal peace in any human brain. We are in constant internal turmoil up until the time of our death. By this simple fact, we have no real leaders or true systems of Destiny. Our existing fake “leaders” create worship of their governance, not the growth of our Destiny.. These so-called leaders require certain actions and loyalties, and use guilt, shame, fear or military action to place their followers under their control. This is not leadership. These leaders are simply managers for their business of governance.
A true religion, government or other system of Destiny would help its followers improve their emotional, intellectual and spiritual lives to fulfill the Destiny they were meant to become. True governing systems would lead to internal and world peace from now up until the moment of our death, and they would encourage successful followers to help others in the same way. True leaders would reach out to the best minds of the world, to help improve the religious, governmental and educational systems by which our Destinies can be reached. In other words, the ONLY true System of Destiny would constantly evolve itself and its management, for the betterment of mankind, and for the fulfilling of our Destiny, and the Earth’s Destiny.
In the past, our repeated petitions for help to our Leaders have been answered only by repeated injury. Leaders whose character is marked by every act which define a tyrant or an incompetent, are unfit to be the ruler of people.
We appeal to the Supreme Judge of the world for the accuracy of our intentions. We solemnly publish and declare that each person has the right to a Destiny of Internal Peace, World Peace and a Future for us and our loved ones. We are absolved of any Allegiance to prior Systems or Leaders until they prove they can deliver our Destiny. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

We ARE absolved of any Allegiance to current Systems or Leaders until they PROVE they can deliver our Destiny. Over thousands of years, our fathers brought forth on this Earth new concepts of love, knowledge, war, God, and all manner of ideas dedicated to the proposition that men can understand their place in this universe. Now we find ourselves engaged in a great civil war, both between men, countries and religions, and for the ideas inside our minds, testing whether this Earth, and the human mind so dedicated, can long endure. We have met on the great battlefield of that war.
In the system of ideas inside our minds, we have come to dedicate a portion of our ideas as a sacred place for those who died so that our lives make any sense at all as we come to face our eventual death. This we may, in all propriety do. But in a larger sense, we cannot dedicate, we cannot consecrate, we cannot hallow these ideas in our minds. The brave men, the brilliant minds, the astonishing prophets, living and dead who struggled to bring our minds to this point have hallowed it far above our poor power to add or detract. The world will little note nor long remember what we ourselves think in our brain, but it can never forget what our fathers did for us.
It is rather for us the living to be dedicated to the great task remaining before us … that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they here gave the last full measure of devotion … that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain, that our minds shall have a new birth of freedom to create a system of Destiny of the people, by the people, and for the people, and this system of Destiny will deliver World Peace, Internal Peace and a Future for ourselves and our loved ones.
All else we do is a dangerous waste of the devotion for all who came before us.
We will create a Plan for our Destiny
Yes, we stand in the shadow of all who came before us, but we face the tragic fact that our minds and our Destinies are still not free.
Our lives are sadly crippled by the manacles of mental worry and the chains of bad leadership. We still live on lonely islands of worry in the midst of vast oceans of great ideas and fine leaders. We each languish in the corners of knowledge and find ourselves in exile from the salvation of our own history.
So we come here today to our World’s leaders to cash a check. When the architects of the Earth’s knowledge wrote their magnificent words which gave each current leader their knowledge and power, they were signing a promissory note to which every person on Earth was to fall heir.
This note was a promise that all men would find within their knowledge the ultimate goal: That all men are created equal, and endowed by our creator with the right to fulfill the Destiny of each person on Earth. In this Destiny is Internal Peace, World Peace, and a Future for ourselves, our children and our loved ones until the moment of our death.” It is obvious today that the Worlds scientists, educators, and religious and political leaders, have defaulted on this promissory note insofar as all citizens are concerned.
Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, the Worlds scientists, educators and religious and political leaders, have given the average person a bad check which has come back marked "insufficient funds." But we refuse to believe that the bank of knowledge is bankrupt. We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the huge vaults of great ideas and fine leaders
So we have come to cash this check -- a check that will give us upon demand the riches and warmth of Our Destiny. We have also come to remind the Earth of the fierce urgency of now. This is no time to engage in the luxury of ignoring the problem or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism.
It would be fatal for the Earth to overlook the urgency of the moment and to underestimate the determination of any individual mind. A single nuclear bomb in the hands of one individual can destroy millions. We must find a Destiny for everyone, or this sweltering summer of the legitimate discontent will not pass.
Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of individual worry to the sunlit path of World Harmony. Now is the time to open the doors of opportunity to all of Earth's children. Now is the time to lift the Earth from the quick-sands of our thoughts to the solid rock of Destiny.
Two Thousand Five is not an end, but a beginning. Those who hope that each individual needed to blow off steam and will now be content, will have a rude awakening if the Earth returns to business as usual. There will be neither rest nor tranquility on the Earth until each person is granted his Destiny.
The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of Earth until the bright day of Destiny emerges. But there is something that I must say to my people who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of World Peace, Internal Peace, and a Future for us and our loved ones. In the process of gaining our rightful place we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred.
We must forever create our Destiny on the high plane of dignity and discipline. We must never allow the creative design of our Destiny to degenerate into physical violence. Again and again we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting any physical force with soul force.
The militancy which engulfs various countries must also not lead us to distrust all people from those countries, for many of those people have come to realize that their Destiny is tied up with our Destiny and their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.
We cannot walk alone. And as we walk, we must make the pledge that we march ahead. We cannot turn back. If someone asks "When will you be satisfied?" we can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, do not feel the full warmth of Destiny. We cannot be satisfied as long as our basic mobility is from large worries to smaller worries. We can never be satisfied as long any person on Earth faces no choice, and any person who has choices believes he has nothing from which to choose. We are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied, until Destiny fills the Earth's people with the mental waters and the rightness of a mighty stream.
I am not unmindful that some of you have come here battered by storms of personal worry and staggered by the winds of the outside world. You have been the veterans of creative suffering. Know that your unearned suffering is valuable in finding the keys to your Destiny.
Go back to your lives with knowing that this situation can and will be changed. Let us not wallow in the valley of despair. I say to you today, my friends, that in spite of the difficulties and frustrations of the moment, we still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the dreams of every person.
We have a dream that one day this Earth will rise up and live out the true meaning of its existence: That the Destiny of Earth is fulfilled quickly so the wisdom of ALL of us, each and every one of us, is remembered forever. We have this dream today ... And THIS dream has created a Plan for our Destiny.
With this Plan, we will be able to hew out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope. With this Plan we will be able to transform the jangling discords of Earth into a beautiful symphony of brotherhood. With this Plan we will be able to work together, to pray together, to struggle together , to stand up for Destiny together, knowing that we will all be free to feel the Warmth of Our Destiny one day.
This will be the day when all of Earth’s children will be able to sing all together with new meaning. And if Earth is to be as great as its history, this must become true. When we let Destiny ring, when we let it ring from every village and every person, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of Earth’s children will be able to join hands and sing the words, "Free at last! free at last! Thank God our Destiny is here at last!"

The Constitution of the United States of Destiny
Draft 1, 7/4/05
Section 1: We need one square mile of beautiful terrain to test the evolution of a constitution in a new Country called, The United States of Destiny. The Only Mission of the United States of Destiny is to save the Earth, and all the people in it, Fast. We deliver the Need for Speed for the concepts which create the ARC for the CORRECT FUTURE LIFE on Earth, and we must have this arc built RIGHT NOW. Without OUR arc, the world is right now sinking in a mass extinction. We deliver the Need for Speed on everything needed to reverse the mass extinction.
Section 2: We vote on CONSTITUTION CHANGES ONLY. Basically, voters act as the guiding force for all decisions… We do NOT elect individuals ... we have NO ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES where ANYONE can apply THERE OWN PERSONAL agenda ABOVE these constitutional goals. Since TIME is EVERYTHING to save the Earth from Mass Extinction, we will try to evolve COMPUTERIZED CONTINUOUS VOTING to tune our constitution as fast as needed for the Earth.
Section 3: We elect a President, who will run the Operating Company of the State of Destiny. A president may never set nor create laws.
Section 4: There is no congress which sets laws. Laws are suggested by anyone over a blog set-up for the people, by the people. There will be a system to see which suggestions evolve into vote-able suggestions by Internet dialogue of its citizens. Laws are set DIRECTLY by popular vote according to constitutional rules.
Section 5: Efficiency of Human existence upon the Earth: State of Nature’s Protection means we must find ways to REDUCE the footprint of mankind on the Earth.
a. Use Military Camouflage Color Coding to make all houses in natural areas nearly invisible until you nearly run into the house.
b. Hide ALL cables, trash, etc, using techniques from everywhere, including Disneyland (ever seen trash emptied there?)
c. Develop rules for the MINIMUM space humans can happily live within, where full-wall TV screens (soon to become cheap) can make the space seem as open as you want, or take you anywhere you want without traveling. Use Japanese space saving techniques in living spaces. It is NOT allowed that wealth allows extravagance in resource use. Wealth is a HUMAN device, and we are wealthy BECAUSE of the EARTH. We cannot destroy what has made us wealthy.
d. Develop methods of having Zero waste from humans. (All toilets will be electric composting, e.g)
Section 6: Efficiency of government: Services must be delivered at CONTINUALLY cheaper rates, which means ALL services must be provided by Businesses NOT by Government employees. The Business to run EACH TYPE of service, are voted upon every 4 years among all the (screened for ability to deliver) businesses that want to apply to deliver service for the next four years, by run-off majority vote. Water, electric, police, etc. Section 7: Efficiency of Police and restraint of accidental Police Corruption by corrupt individuals: The ENTIRE area will be videoed for police services and real-time protection, but only high traffic areas are monitored. Use the Video model of most streets used by London. More to come.
Section 8: Efficiency of legal system: The legal system will NOT rest upon the ancient and slow system of American and British law, where you spend a half million dollars for attorensy and judges to render a decision 6 years too late. Options coming soon. In addition, there may never be more laws than one person can remember. It is nonsense that we can be held responsible for knowing ALL laws when even Attorneys and Judges disagree on the interpretation of the SAME LAWS. WHY ARE WE PUTTING PEOPLE IN JAIL FOR NONVIOLENT CRIMES WHEN Judges can’t even agree?
The systems of conflict resolution will be on a checklist of BUSINESSES that provide CONFLICT RESOLUTION according to the laws of the constitution. ONLY BUSINESSES can keep making systems efficient, and the legal system MUST BE A BUSINESS we VOTE upon.
Section 9: Citizenship in the United States of Destiny You may reside in Destiny, but to be a citizen that allows voting, you must pass certain tests of ability to think, which will be voted upon as we develop them. The goal is 100% stable votes (everyone agrees) on the constitution, and these constitutions evolve PER STATE. This means if you have a preference, you should MOVE to a State which fits your view of the world. Let the state you currently live in evolve to perfection (once you have several voting cycles to see where it is going). YOU move to a State which evolves to YOUR perfection. Section 10: Education of all Citizens. EVERYONE has the right for help in moving through the growing mind sets we need to achieve our Destiny. This system will be delivered by BUSINESSES we vote upon by placing our children in THE SCHOOLS we want. It is a VOUCHER system to choose the Business which YOU want to teach your Children (There will be PUBLISHED performance reviews of any Education Companies operating in Destiny).
