The University of Southern Philippines Foundation, also known as USPF, was founded in 1927. Its main campus is Mabini Campus, which has kindergarten, primary and secondary education and a review center for engineers. It also has facilities such as a science lab, P.E hall and clinic. Recreational facilities include a large quadrangle/basketball court.
