Previously known as "South Campus Station", University Station is the last and most northerly station on the Buffalo Metro Rail line.

It serves the University at Buffalo and transfer point for buses to the north and north east suburbs of the city.
Like La Salle (Metro Rail), University Station has on site parking with 600 spaces, making this station an attractive location for commuters heading to their workplaces in Downtown Buffalo.
In addition, the station is a major transfer point for a number of city and suburban buses. These routes include:
- 8 Main
- 12B Utica
- 13 Kensington
- 19 Bailey
- 30 Kenmore - Airport
- 34 Niagara Falls Boulevard
- 44 Lockport
- 48 University
- 49 Hopkins
In addition, the station is a short walk to Main Circle (located at the upper level of the station) affording easy access to the University at Buffalo's shuttle buses to the North Campus of the University at Buffalo.

- University at Buffalo, South Campus
