parts of third paragraph read like an advert

This page was in dire need of an overhaul to allow for more conformity to the wiki system. I've set up several categories which attempt to follow suit of other University Pages and left a brief overview of what should be there. It would be a large help if people were to elaborate upon the details of each section.
