I think we've already established several times over that all college marching bands at major universities are notable enough to get their own article, its just a matter of getting them cleaned up. There is a wikiproject just for marching bands as you can see. If you feel VERY strongly on this, feel free to discuss. I can get links to previous AfDs, but I see no point at this time.
