No--far from it...my rewrite is deleting the "ideological lines" language, which is really inaccurate; in addition to Scalia being a staunch conservative, Stevens is a typically liberal voter, yet he sided with the dissent. User talk: Postdlf 7:07 PM EST, 26 Mar 2004
