- Agree. In addition, the "c" in the word "Congress" should be capitalized in the article's title. Funnyhat 01:19, 26 January 2007 (UTC)

Unless sources and documentation are provided, this page is worthless. I would worry about that before trying to improve other parts of the article. Unless someone can find the original source material or replicate these data, this page should be taken down. --- Guest
