What is the term limit? Well, like any cabinet member, the term is over when that president's term is over. Unless, of course the person holding that position is re-nominated by the new president.
What is their position in the line of succession? They are the 13th in the line of succession.
When did Roy A. Bernardi become acting secretary? Roy Bernardi became the 14th Secretary to hold this position on April 19, 2008.
