[edit] Atlantic Command

United States Atlantic Command is currently a redirect here. However, there is very little history on the command, which was active from 1947-1993. As its role and fuction are very different from JFCOM, I'd like to see a separate article created to cover that history. However, I don't have access to any sources on the command, nor am I familiar enough with the history to sort good sources from bad.
