[edit] Departments

The list of departments and offices seems kinda, um, odd. Links to general topics like Liturgy and Human Resources seem not very useful. I think we should shorten it to a select list of departments, limiting it to only those that have a Wikipedia article, such as the North American College and the movie rating office (who's name escapes me at the moment).
