[edit] Land/Water ratio

Can someone locate more accurate information on the land/water ratio of the township. It is not 0% water. There are rivers and lakes.

The percentages come from Census Bureau data. The issue is how a body of water is defined and the question is what are the rules used to determine this. Alansohn 05:32, 13 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Nazi Supporters?

Prior to World War II, Union was home to many supporters of Nazi Germany, who were organized enough to meet occasionally at a German bar. At least one home in Union, on Crawford Terrace, was confiscated from supposed German spies.

I find this very hard to believe, and not having a source does not help its credibility. I don't want to remove this until this is cleared up.

I do not personally have a source, but it is very well known by older residents and is without question very true. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.142.227.83 (talk) 00:29, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
