The use of this image on Wikipedia is contended to be a fair use and not fail Wikipedia's non-free content criterion,

  1. The mine protected vehicles are deployed in war zones where photography is prohibited.
  2. Since it is used solely for educational purposes in a not-for-profit encyclopedia,
  3. It is necessary to illustrate a development of the Sri Lanka Electrical and Mechanical Engineers,
  4. It is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality)
  5. The image is being used in an informative way and should not detract from the original work.
  6. No free or public domain images have been located for this item,
  7. The material value of the possible copyright is not believed to be lessened by its use here.
