This image, Unholy (band).jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (Prolog) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it is a low resolution publicity shot of Unholy.
2. it is unrepeatable as the band in question was relatively obscure during its existence and has since disbanded.
3. the photo is only being used for informational purposes.
4. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to it in any way.
