Undermine Records is an American independent electronic dance music record label. Ultra was formed in Atlanta, GA in 2004 by Producers Jonathan Kehrer and Jay Sustain, who is still currently the owner. Undermine is based in NYC, NY. Undermine Records' current roster include artists John Bourke, Jay Sustain, DJ REM, Retrobyte, Jonathan Allyn, Arman Cole, Blue Massive, Bjorn Fogelberg, Dumb Dan, Mark0, Groovematic, Effero, Mike Hiratzka, Flack.Su, Burufunk, Wideband Network, and several others.

On 16 March 2006, Undermine Records signed a co-publishing agreement with independent electronic dance music record label Organized Nature, for the release of the Original & Ozgur Can Down the Drain Dub Mix of Retrobyte's Going Down.
