Undercity Kings were a punk band out of Los Angeles from 1980-1983.

The original line-up were all out of the same neighborhood in the West Valley. Those members were Tommy Gun Walters (vocals) Joe Mama Marquez (Guitar), Eugene Witt aka 4Q aka Will Chair (Bass) and Mike "Animal" Nemick (Drums). The bands line up changed to Kerry Doran (Drums) and Scott Squid Porter (Bass) to record on the "It came from Slimey Valley" and "Return to Slimey Valley" compilation albums. Both albums were produced by Steve Carnival and Doug Moody on Mystic Records. Soon after Porter was replaced by Todd Mitchell on bass guitar.

The band played with its new members at HJ's in North Hollywood CA. on May 3, 1983.

Tragically May 13, 1983, (shortly) after making the recordings Tommy Walters and Kerry Doran along with good friends Sean Ward of the band "Why?", Jose Franco of the band "Jungua Rio" and Duane Dickinson were killed in a head on collision on Pacific Coast Highway. The band reformed under the name Undercity with Tommy Walters younger brother Eddie Walters on vocals and Mark Neville on drums. The band played their final show on Nov. 11, 1983 at Sun Valley Sportsman's Hall with The Angry Samoans, Killroy, CYA and The Grim.
