Below are featured the undercarriage (or landing gear) arrangements of several modern commercial jet airliners and large military aircraft.

Here are some of the most standard and recognizable bogie types encountered on most modern aircraft. The colum on the right shows the symbol associated to each bogie type as used in the representations of various planes' specific undercarriage arrangements, further down in this article.
