Under The Sea is a video from the live action Wee Sing series of videos, and was produced in 1994. Under the Sea contains a storyline, about a grandmother and her grandson named Devin who magically enter a painting, and discover that something is troubling the undersea world. With the help of Weeber, a lost penguin, they solve the problem and teach about pollution and their self image.
