[edit] additional reference

i propose addition of the Afro-Caribbean author Walter Rodney. If there are no objections or alternate suggestions within a fortnight I intend adding a paragraph referring to his publication 'How Europe Underdeveloped Africa' and a brief summary of its main thrust as related to the topic underdevelopment.

- if I am going about this the wrong way please inform.

[edit] Merge with 'developing country'

Why not merge this into 'Developing country' as the content is almost entirely about underdeveloped countries? Seems redundant to have an article about both. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Countermereology (talkcontribs) 15:53, 14 February 2007 (UTC).

[edit] OR, NPOV
