The PMI Award mention needs a reference to support it. All I could find referring to the PMI Award online was in Polish: Manager Point lists one man who is associated with both Massawa and PMI Award. I don't read Polish, so I don't know what is being said. What we really need is a reference about the award itself or the Massawa management program itself.
