The 2007 plot to attack Southern Illinois University was allegedly planned by Olutosin Oduwole, a member of Iota Phi Theta and former President of its chapter at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville in the United States. On July 24, 2007, he was arrested and charged with planning a massacre at the University,[1] allegedly intended to be a copycat incident of the Virginia Tech Massacre.[2] Oduwole's bail was set at 1.1 million dollars.
