[edit] Summary

The image will be used for identification and critical commentary in the University of North Alabama article and other articles in which the logo is relevant to discussion of the university. It was downloaded from <http://www.gradsource.com>, a commercial site offering information about college degrees, because no other similar depiction was available.

The logo often confused with the UNA seal, bearing the motto Veritas Lux Orbis Terrarum, which is used only on official documents, such as diplomas. The logo depicted here is used for more informal purposes, such as student recruitment.

The use is purely for non-profit reasons, and to educate users on the university in question. It is a low resolution version of the UNA logo.

Its use does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell or market related products or the university itself in any way.

As an official logo of a university, there is no known free alternative available. If a free alternative is found, this image should be nominated for deletion as obsolete.
