Portion used	Because the image is a logo, the entire image is needed to properly convey the meaning intended, and to avoid tarnishing or misrepresenting the image.
Low resolution?	The copy is of sufficient resolution for commentary and identification but lower resolution than the original. Copies made from it will be of inferior quality, unsuitable as artwork on pirate versions or other uses that would compete with the commercial purpose of the original artwork.
Purpose of use	For fair use on Un Certain Regard: The image is placed at the top of article about the award, to show the primary visual image associated with the award, and to help the user quickly identify the work and know they have found what they are looking for. This image enhances the article in which it is displayed, as it provides an immediate relevance to the reader more capably than the textual description alone.
