大阪市北区中崎西2丁目の梅田センタービル。1987年3月竣工。地上32階、地下2階。高さ134m。設計・施工は竹中工務店。建築主は竹中不動産（現・TAKリアルティ）。大阪・梅田エリアの東部に建設された日本初のインテリジェントビル。第29回BCS賞（1988年）受賞。晴天時に撮影した写真に差し替えた。
