I really like all the specific information regarding archaeological sites and religion. It's interesting that they found a record of their sacrifices, and the links to archaeological sites is really interesting. It would be nice to have a little more information on their political system if possible. I was also wondering in what ways did the Umbri maintain their heritage even though they were conquered? Maybe write a sentence or two on that.

The sentence from Pliny stating that the Umbri are among the oldest people on the Italian land is untrue, see for example Britannica 1911 on Umbria. --Cantalamessa 21:45, 15 July 2007 (UTC)
