Hi, Ultimaterasengan. I got your note, asking about adding the Uchiha symbol to your user page. Do you know whether there is already a copy of that symbol somewhere on Wikipedia? If not, you'll have to find a copy and upload it before you can use it.

Before uploading an image, it's important to determine whether the image is free to use, or protected by copyright (see Wikipedia:Copyrights for more information). If you find that it is legal to use, then uploading it is just a matter of going to Wikipedia:Upload and following the directions. If that page is confusing, let me know, and I might be able to help you out.

Anyway, once the image is on Wikipedia, putting on your user page is pretty easy. Just find some pages with images on them, and click the edit link to see what code is used to make the images display the way they do. I included one here as an example; it's a photo I took in Kenya. Another good place to get answers is Help:Contents/Images and media.

You knew this to be incorrect as you removed a freely-licensed image of the person from the article on Nicole Kidman. Furthermore, you provided no reason to believe, even if such a free image did not already exist, that it would be impossible to create one. Because you have a history of violating our image policies, you have been blocked to give you a chance to read and understand WP:IUP and WP:FUC.
