Ultrafark is the website located at www.ultrafark.com. It is affiliated with Fark.com, and very few details exist about Ultrafark, its purpose, its members, and its administration.
Ultrafark's main page gives three options: UltraFark Mail, UltraFark Image Hosting, and UltraFark News Feed. Each has a login and password screen. No information is presented on how an account can be obtained.
Whenever Ultrafark is mentioned on Fark.com, it is replaced with "++++NO CARRIER," indicating that the term has caused the Fark user to be forcibly disconnected.
When the wrong user ID and password are entered, Ultrafark will give an error message stating "Username and/or password not recognized. Bad access attempt from 216.203.80.125 (Or the IP address accessing the site) has been logged and will be reported. We realize that this is a horrible mistake, and that you meant to access another site. There is no UltraFark."
[edit] April Fools Prank
On April 1, 2005, a humorous, fake application was posted on Fark.com for a single-day license to enter Ultrafark.
