UltraBac Software is a notable company in the Backup Software List of backup software business and competitors, many whose market capitalization and notability are much much smaller than UltraBac Software. It it certainly not right nor fair of Wikipedia to disallow this page.

This company is Notable and has been referenced by very notable third party references since its inception in 1982.

Citing the company's notability: The company invented MANY software backup technolgies and was the first to market with more than a dozen features now standard across the industry. The company is business partners with Microsoft, VMware, Iomega, HP, and Dell. The company is a top employer in Bellevue, Washington. The company is consistently covered in the following magazines as news: Redmond Magazine, Windows IT Pro Magazine, Network World, Storage Magazine, Government Computer News Magazine, Federal Computer Week Magazine, Campus Technology, Puget Sound Business Journal, The Seattle Post Intelligencer, and many others. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Stevetechguru (talk • contribs) 13:28, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

If that is the case then you need to start providing references to back up these facts. Heck my employer is a business party with MS, HP and Dell, but we sure as heck aren't notable. Providing solid 3rd party references, not just links to a company whitepaper would go a long way to establishing notability. BTW thank you for removing the more marketing orientated materials!
