Ullasam (Tamil: உல்லாசம்) is a Tamil film starring Ajith, Maheshwari and Vikram in the main roles. It was produced by Amitabh Bachan. The actress Maheshwari is a niece of Sridevi, a top Indian actress.

Ajith was paid a salary of almost Rs.5 million for this film in recognition of his rising status as a teen icon.
