Since we already have a well developed article Ukraine after the Russian Revolution it is best to have this one as an article about the WWI and merge the second half into the existing article. I moved the article accordingly and added the entry to the template:History of Ukraine. If developed, this article would greatly contribute to the History of Ukraine series. --Irpen 02:13, 14 September 2007 (UTC)
