Is this for Ukrainian-language writers (who could have lived in the Russian Empire, Austria-Hungary, Poland, the Soviet Union, or even Canada), writers who live in post-1991 Ukraine (many of whom write in Russian) or what (ethnic Ukrainians)? Kevlar67 19:39, 13 April 2007 (UTC)
