Request reason: "The page move was not vandalism, I found the current title to be very offensive and so did many other wikipedians. I was reading about User:Uga Man because his name was so similar to mine, and I found on User:William Henry Harrison (a sockpuppet of Uga Man) had admitted several more sockpuppets, so I started to expand the list and then I was blocked for being a sock, why, because my name is similar, to tell you the truth I don't even really know how to create a sockpuppet, my edit is hardly vandalism, I moved the page to an appropriate name, everything in the article is accusations so the appropriate title is Allegations of State Terrorism by the United States."
