Variant image similar to seal of University of Georgia, but with thicker outer circle, higher bottom curve on "5" and taller columns.

The file was hand-edited using parts of semi-circles over 3 Corinthian columns (with shaded edges) resting on a 3-step platform. The bottom "1785" is in font-face "New Times Roman" italicized, with the first digit as a capital 'i' edited shorter than digits "785" (double-spaced).
