[edit] Neferhotep
I read your query about the Irish myth. I am uncertain of which Pharaoh is traditionally referred to in the Milesians (Irish) story. Please go to Scota, where other pharaohs' names are suggested - perhaps you could shed some light. I inserted the link in an attempt to broaden people's awareness; but if it's incorrect it should be deleted.--shtove 19:22, 2 October 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Request for edit summary
Hi. I am a bot, and I am writing to you with a request. I would like to ask you, if possible, to use edit summaries a bit more often when you contribute. The reason an edit summary is important is because it allows your fellow contributors to understand what you changed; you can think of it as the "Subject:" line in an email. For your information, your current edit summary usage is 5% for major edits and 0% for minor edits. (Based on the last 150 major and 3 minor edits in the article namespace.)
This is just a suggestion, and I hope that I did not appear impolite. You do not need to reply to this message, but if you would like to give me feedback, you can do so at the feedback page. Thank you, and happy edits, Mathbot 10:00, 26 February 2006 (UTC)
okay, I will do this in the future (always to lazy;-)).Udimu 11:11, 26 February 2006 (UTC)
[edit] The Two A's
Hi, Udimu, and thnx for hitting me up. I admit i'm new to this sort of research. My expertise is west african. On Amaniras (I know i'm butchering these names, sorry), I couldn't find any info on her. All the stuff I found on the Kushite-Roman conflict named Amanishakheto. Could you hip me to some sources on Amanireas so I can make the appropriate changes. Thnx in advance and sorry for the goof. No problem. I fixed my blunder o Amanirenas and Amanishakheto. I found the following site and added it in the external links to all pertinant pages. I also made the needed corrections on the list of monarchs of Kush as well as the kandake page i'm working on. Any help you can render in those areas is appreciated. i look foward to working with you. The kandakes are subject in dire need of explanation on wiki.

[edit] Londinium
Having looked at the German version of the Londinium/Roman London page it seems to me that the German version is probably better and more thorough than the English one (I can't read German but I had a look at it with an auto translator). It seems you worked on the German one. Any chance of you working on the English version to improve it? G-Man ? 01:13, 29 July 2007 (UTC)
- Hi G-Man. The history part is pretty much the same. The German version has long discussions on the buildings and some further points such on the status of the city, economy and art in Roman London. All together it is very archaeological (my main interesst). Yes, I could work on the English version, but I would be very happy if you correct my English;-) -- Udimu 07:21, 29 July 2007 (UTC)

- The status section from the German version would be a useful addition, there's nothing about that here. I corrected the English on the work you put in but there's one sentence I couldn't translate.

- The identification of the building as Forum has been disputed and it has been argued that these were large magazines
