[edit] Fair use in Punk in Yugoslavia

  1. The image is from a record sleeve of the split single by former Yugoslav hardcore punk bands Patareni and U.B.R., released by the label Falšanja Kol'ko'š Records with a catalogue number: #002. As a single cover it qualifies for fair-use. It has also an appropriate "cover of an audio recording" licencing tag.
  2. The source is the cover of the album itself from which the photo has been taken
  3. Its a small file (around 60 KB)
  4. It is used in an educational article about the punk music history of the former Yugoslavia (which also includes relevant discographical products as illustrations). That article is: Punk in Yugoslavia.
  5. The copyright is probably owned by the publisher, or by the artists. A free replacement could not be found.
