Source is Derrike Cope Fan Club which does not have a legal notice. Logo is presumed to be the property of Speedway Motorsports and Bob Bahre. Portions of logo are property of Tyson Foods.

Fair use because no self-created image could accurately replicate logo and does not infringe upon copyright holder's use since the race no longer exists and the track is no longer a functioning entity. Is used to illustrate and identify the main subject of the article Tyson Holly Farms 400.
