I took this picture, and saved it as a file on my computer. I selected the licensing of "you created this yourself and release it to the public domain" because that is what I did. I don't really understand what fair use means, so if there is somethign else I need to do to put this picture that I took on wikipedia, please tell me what to do and I will do it.
