Two Dreadful Children is an upcoming FOX animated comedy series. It will center upon an average American "redneck" family whose pair of disobedient fraternal twins happen to be geniuses bent on destroying all of them.^[1] It will follow the existing animated block on Sundays which features The Simpsons, Family Guy, American Dad! and King of the Hill. The show was accepted by FOX to complement and help emphasise the animated block.^[2] The series will premiere in 2008

It is produced by Kitchen Confidential creator/executive producer Dave Hemingson. Hemingson is the writer/executive producer, he previously worked on American Dad and Family Guy for FOX and NBC's Just Shoot Me!.^[3] The director is Mike Kim^[4]

In the town of Blazing Hills, Dick Dunbar (Tim Dadabo) is known as a solid guy: a football-loving, barbecue-eating, blue collar citizen of Nascar nation. His wife, Lori Dunbar (Caroline Rhea), is the typical Marge-esque Martha Stuart like wife. He has a "super-jock" son named Chet (Chris Kattan). Dick's perfect life is only complicated only by his mischievous eight-year-old twins; Tapper (Sam Huntington) and Sheila (Meredith Roberts), who appear to be two of the more smartest children of all Blazing Hills. Tapper and Sheila use their impossibly high IQ's to "improve" their family's life by doing everything from increasing efficiency at Dick's factory to "helping" their mom at nursing job. With their perpetually hammered redneck neighbour Frosty (French Stewart), the twins drag their town into a sparkling future.^[5]
