The Twilight Shoreliner consisted of: Twilight Shoreliner Viewliner Sleeper Custom Class Car Twilight Cafe 5-7 Coaches Coach Cafe(Containing seats/ tables)
[edit] The Twilight Sleeper
The Twilight Sleeper was the same design as other viewliner sleepers, but contained Twilight Shoreliner soaps, curtains and special windows(see graphic). The Twilight Shoreliner Sleeper was the only sleeper on the NEC and was very popular. Due to maintenance issues with the viewliners (The pipes were freezing) AMTRAK removed sleepers from the Twilight Shoreliner and added it to other long distance trains.

The Twilight cafe was for Custom class and Sleeping car passengers only. Meals were served by an attendant on Trays, the Twilight cafe was more luxurious then the coach cafe.

The Federal Service replaced the Twilight Shoreliner and eventually became just another regional train.
