In The Dogs of War and Jefferson Lives, the Secretary of State is Lewis Berryhill, played by William Devane. However, in the cabinet vote on the 25th Amendment in this episode, the Secretary of State's voice is clearly not that of Devane. Mohrr 00:26, 31 July 2007 (UTC)
